Assistant/Receptionist - Rome Office

Grimaldi Alliance is looking for a Receptionist/Secretary for their Rome office.

Responsibilities include:

- Handling phone calls and guests
- Managing the partner's schedule
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Organizing archives (physical and digital)
- Arranging travel, managing expenses, and preparing presentations

Requirements:

- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in a similar role

Experience:

- Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

- English (Preferred)

Full-time contract.
