POSITION SUMMARY

Additional experience in EU trade, energy, environmental and other areas of EU regulatory law would be an asset. THE EU BUSINESS LAW PRACTICE COVERS
The ideal candidate, in addition to having a perfect command of English – additional languages being an asset –, should have experience in the following areas:

- General EU law (the fundamental freedoms of the internal market, EU institutional framework, legislative process, etc.)
- EU competition and (possibly, but not necessarily) State aid law;
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
       - EU trade (including sanctions) law;
