POSITION SUMMARY:

Grimaldi Alliance is seeking a trainee or newly qualified attorney specializing in administrative law with focus on the energy sector (regulatory and permitting), ideally with, at least, one year of experience. Additional experience in legal due diligence regarding administrative law aspects or energy assets would be a plus.

The ideal candidate has strong interest in growing as a sector legal expert.

Proactive and self-motivated, you should be eager to take ownership of your work product and demonstrate the skill, talent and commitment to deliver outstanding results.

Please note that this position is reserved to candidates holding a law degree.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

– Excellent academic credentials from University, a LLM is plus;

– Previous experience within a top tier firm;

– Strong background on administrative law and basic knowledge of the energy markets and of the relevant legal framework;

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

– Proficiency level in English;

– Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
