Position Summary:

Grimaldi Alliance is seeking  an Italian-French candidate for Traineeship position at its Milan office.

Area of activity: Corporate, M&A, Real Estate, Contract Law

As well as possessing excellent academic credentials and legal knowledge, the ideal candidate is also business-minded, with a solid grasp of the market and an enthusiasm for meeting of current challenges for the national, European and international market.

Excellent oral and written communication skills will be major assets—enabling you to negotiate effectively, and to seamlessly manage the flow of information between practice groups, clients and stakeholders. Regularly working in large, international and multidisciplinary teams, you should also demonstrate a collaborative approach and an ease interacting with a wide range of legal and business professionals. Proactive and self-motivated, you should be eager to take ownership of your work product and demonstrate the skill, talent and commitment to deliver outstanding results.

Key requirements:

The ideal candidate must possess all of the following requirements:

• Languages: perfectly bilingual in French/Italian. An excellent command of the English language is also required.
• Education: dual degree program in France/Italy or dual Italian-French law degree.
• Experience: The ideal candidate should have completed at least 4 years of studies and have already interned in law firms in Italy and/or France and/or in a company’s legal department.
• Values: availability, humility, motivation, and a desire to learn.

The selected candidate will work in both French and Italian law.
