Adam Hill has extensive experience in corporate law with a comprehensive corporate practice. He has developed deep expertise in extraordinary transactions, including both M&A and Private Equity, working with major institutions and venture capital firms. His international work includes supporting international private equity sponsors, institutional investors, alternative asset managers, senior management teams, funds, investee companies, and other pan-European and international corporations in both transactional and advisory matters. Adam also has a strong interest in corporate governance and project work, playing a key role in several projects for our clients. Additionally, he provides assistance in labor law and litigation matters.
