Bruno Castellini specializes in IPOs of power distribution companies. For over 30 years, Bruno has advised corporations, investors, private equity firms and financial institutions – in Italy and internationally - in connection with acquisitions, investments and disposals of companies and businesses, including capital market transactions, IPOs and public takeovers. In the course of his professional and academic career, he has developed a significant expertise in corporate governance matters and ESG regulation. His sector experience includes several different industries, including technology, energy, financial services, shipping & logistics and media and telecom.
Bruno Castellini teaches International Markets and Companies Law in the Master Degree program in International Management, Entrepreneurship and Finance at the State University in Bergamo. He is co-founder and board member of the Human Foundation, a private no profit organization promoting social impact and impact finance activities, also as a participant to the Global Steering Group for Impact Investment.
