Filippo Gallucci has been working with the Firm since December 2018, assisting Italian and foreign companies and individuals in the field of corporate law, with particular reference to corporate governance and corporate compliance, domestic and international commercial contracts and M&A transactions in the energy, infrastructure, communications, transport, social and environmental sectors.
Graduated with honours in October 2018 from the University of Roma Tre, in March 2022 he obtained a Master's Degree in ‘Business & Company Law’ at the University L.U.I.S. Guido Carli, where he deepened issues related to corporate compliance, M&A, international contracts, investment funds and cross-border extraordinary transactions.
