Giorgio Olivari has gained specific experience in distressed transactions, with a focus on turnaround situations, representing and assisting debtors in industrial and financial restructuring processes, creditors in the recovery of debts from distressed debtors, industrial and financial third parties acquiring assets or businesses from distressed debtors or insolvency proceedings and directors and statutory auditors of distressed or insolvent companies in related court proceedings.
Prior to joining the Firm, Giorgio worked in the Milan offices of leading Italian and international firms.
