Salvatore Rocco has gained specific experience in the field of procedural assistance and out-of-court advice in the main areas of corporate criminal law, with particular regard to tax crimes, corporate crimes, bankruptcy crimes, market abuse, environmental crimes, construction crimes, crimes against the Public Administration, as well as criminal profiles of occupational health and safety and anti-money laundering regulations.
An expert on the criminal liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, he regularly assists major companies and groups in the drafting and updating of Organisation, Management and Control Models.
Salvatore has gained significant expertise in the field of criminal law of economics. Before joining Grimaldi Alliance, he practised law for ten years in prestigious boutique law firms specialising in corporate criminal law.
