Position Summary:

Grimaldi Alliance is seeking an Attorney (3/4 years – PQE) specialized in Commercial and Financial Litigation as well as Arbitration matters. In this regard, previous experience in other law firms specializing in litigation and arbitration would be an advantage.

As well as possessing excellent academic credentials and legal knowledge, you are enthusiastic and curious about current legal challenges at the national and international level.

Excellent oral and written communication skills will be major assets—enabling you to negotiate effectively, and to seamlessly manage the flow of information between practice groups, clients and stakeholders. Regularly working in large, international and multidisciplinary teams, you should also demonstrate a collaborative approach and an ease interacting with a wide range of legal and business professionals. Proactive and self-motivated, you should be eager to take ownership of your work product and demonstrate the skill, talent and commitment to deliver outstanding results.

The ideal candidate, in addition to having a perfect command of English, should have experience in the following areas:

· Litigation and arbitration: drafting of briefs, pleadings and opinions in litigation and arbitration in commercial, financial and corporate law. In this role, you will need to have a strong interest in commercial dispute resolution mechanisms, strong motivation, and a solid academic background.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience (3/4- years PQE) gained in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department of structured law firms
• High school diploma in classical or scientific studies and Bachelor’s degree in law obtained in the ordinary time with excellent grade
• Business development and networking attitude and organizational skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficiency level in English;
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
