Position Summary:
Grimaldi Alliance is seeking a Junior-Level Associate to join our Corporate M&A team in their Bologna and Rimini office.

The ideal candidate is a transaction lawyer with 1-2 PQEs, with experience in general corporate and commercial law and will be dealing with: Corporate M&A, Joint Ventures, Commercial Contracts, Corporate Governance and much more and, therefore, must have prior experience in handling corporate matters and the ability to independently manage mid-market transactions.
In addition to possessing excellent academic credentials and legal knowledge, the candidate should have the enthusiasm to meet the current challenges of the domestic, European and international markets.

Excellent oral and written communication skills will be an asset, enabling her to negotiate effectively and smoothly manage the flow of information between practice groups, clients, and stakeholders. You will also need to demonstrate a collaborative approach and ease of interaction with a wide range of legal and business professionals. Proactive and self-motivated, he/she must be eager to take responsibility for his/her work product and demonstrate the ability, talent and commitment to ensure a high level of quality.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in Corporate and M&A department of structured law firms.
• 1/2 years of PQE
• Bachelor’s degree in law with excellent grade
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficiency level in English;
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
