GRIMALDI ALLIANCE recherche un candidat italo-français pour un stage au sein de son bureau de Milan.

Domaine d’activité : Droit des sociétés, M&A, real estate, droit des contrats.

Outre d’excellentes connaissances académiques et juridiques, le candidat idéal est doté d’un esprit d’entreprise, d’une solide connaissance du marché et d’un enthousiasme pour relever les défis actuels.

Prérequis essentiels :

Le candidat idéal doit posséder tous les prérequis suivants:

– Langues : parfaitement bilingue français/italien. Une excellente maîtrise de l’anglais est également requise.

– Formation : diplômes aussi bien en  France qu’en Italie ou double diplôme en droit italien/français.

– Expérience : Le candidat idéal doit avoir suivi au moins 4 années d’études et avoir déjà effectué un stage dans des cabinets d’avocats en Italie et/ou en France et/ou au sein du service juridique d’une entreprise.

– Valeurs : disponibilité, humilité, motivation et désir d’apprendre.

Le candidat sélectionné travaillera à la fois en droit français et en droit italien.

Grimaldi Alliance is seeking  an Italian-French candidate for Traineeship position at its Milan office.

As well as possessing excellent academic credentials and legal knowledge, the ideal candidate is also business-minded, with a solid grasp of the market and an enthusiasm for meeting of current challenges for the national, European and international market.

Excellent oral and written communication skills will be major assets—enabling you to negotiate effectively, and to seamlessly manage the flow of information between practice groups, clients and stakeholders. Regularly working in large, international and multidisciplinary teams, you should also demonstrate a collaborative approach and an ease interacting with a wide range of legal and business professionals. Proactive and self-motivated, you should be eager to take ownership of your work product and demonstrate the skill, talent and commitment to deliver outstanding results.

Key requirements:

The ideal candidate must possess all of the following requirements:

• Languages: perfectly bilingual in French/Italian. An excellent command of the English language is also required.
• Education: dual degree program in France/Italy or dual Italian-French law degree.
• Experience: The ideal candidate should have completed at least 4 years of studies and have already interned in law firms in Italy and/or France and/or in a company’s legal department.

The selected candidate will work in both French and Italian law.
