Claudia Spampinato has gained specific experience in tax and legal consultancy in particular in the for-profit sector (commercial companies and groups of companies, mostly operating in the service sector) and non-profit sector (associations, foundations, non-profit organisations).
In the non-profit sector, she assists organisations mainly active in the medical-scientific field, health research, charity and culture, from a tax perspective (special regulations on non-profit organisations, taxation of non-commercial entities), a legal perspective (drafting of articles of association and contracts, also for CME training events and scientific studies) and an administrative-accounting perspective (drafting of annual financial statements and related reports, drafting of social reports, etc.).
She is also specialised in business consultancy, mainly for companies operating in the service sector, with regard to tax aspects (direct taxes and VAT, also in relations with foreign countries), civil law (contractual and company law) and administrative aspects (drafting of annual financial statements and related reports).
